Compressed air series products protect your production process With a variety of compression and drying technologies, it is built for food and beverage factories.
and final products from pollution. We can achieve low cost of ownership.
Standard for air compressor in food and beverage industry
The compressed air used for food and beverage applications must be clean and pollution-free, whether it is used for sorting and feeding, mixing, material inflation or product gas injection and filling. The oil-free compressor can ensure the purity of the air and avoid any possible air-borne pollution as much as possible.
Clean and safe
AIRMUSEN has set standards for non-polluting compressed air in the food and beverage industry. We have a reliable oil-free air compressor product portfolio, and have also obtained ISO 8573-1 (2010) zero air certification (certified by T ü V Rheinland) as a compressor manufacturer. The air for food and beverage produced by our compressor is free of oil suspended solids and steam, thus protecting your hard-won reputation.
ISO 22000 certified products
When ISO 22000 became the global food and beverage quality standard, we have become the compressor manufacturer that won the certificate:

Application of compressors in food and beverage industry
Automatic air source: In the automatic filling, packaging and bottling production line, compressed air is used to control various valves and actuators. With the help of oil-free compressed air, it can prevent the components of automatic equipment from blocking and ensure the safety of the final product.
Transportation: compressed air is used to push milk powder or cocoa powder along the pipeline. With the help of oil-free air, oil contamination can be avoided from mixing with the above powder, thus maintaining the purity of the powder.
Clean air: Use compressed air to clean bottles, packaging and molds before filling. In addition to endangering health, oil in compressed air will also pollute food containers and change the flavor and taste of final products.
Purging and aeration: Compressed air can be pumped into the liquid to increase the oxygen content. For example, in fish farming, compressed air is used to oxygenate the lower water and/or oxidize the sediment. Oil contamination in the air can cause the death of fish and other animals.
Fermentation: compressed air can provide oxygen for bacteria in the fermentation process used to produce citric acid, red wine, yoghurt and other food ingredients. Even if there are only trace traces of oil, it will affect bacterial activity, produce defective products and pollute the final product.
Food storage: In the process of air separation, compressed air is separated into oxygen and nitrogen. Then nitrogen can play a role in preserving canned food and food stored in large storage facilities and in marine transportation. Since nitrogen directly contacts food, the gas must be oil-free. The oil will damage the diaphragm in the PSA, and the replacement of the diaphragm is expensive.
Cooling and spraying: compressed air can also be used to cool freshly baked food. The pollutants in the air will pollute the final products, resulting in product scrapping and production losses.
