Segmental compression:
AIRMUSEN screw supercharger is designed for two-stage compression and three-stage compression. The first stage adopts screw compression to 1.0MPA. The first stage screw compression efficiency is high, stable and energy-saving. After the first stage compression, it is cooled by the rear cooler and filtered into the rear piston compressor to compress to 4.0MPA. Through sectional compression, sectional cooling and sectional filtration, the compression efficiency is greatly improved, and 24-hour uninterrupted operation is achieved.
Stainless steel pipe:
The overall pipeline system uses stainless steel pipes to ensure gas quality and reduce the failure of gas valve components caused by pipeline rust.
